This affects our normally smooth telephone systems especially the ability to cascade and distribute calls from our standard reception process and to have specific bespoke voice box messages. To assist us if you know the Direct Dial number of the person you wish to speak with would you please call that number direct or if you know their email address send an email and they will call you or email back as required. It is important that you are aware of our team’s working days and hours to ensure that you don’t leave a message with someone expecting action when that person is not working.
